Team Registration

A team consists of two people.
This registration includes two t-shirts and two drink tickets.
Fees for processing are already included.
Important Information for Teams:
- Team Check-In at 10:00 AM
- Bags Fly at 11:00 AM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- The tournament will run as a double-elimination tournament
- Allowed to bring and use personal bags
- Boards will be provided
- All team members will receive an event day t-shirt and one drink ticket
- Registration is for a team consisting of two players
- Registration Fee: $50 (processing fees may apply)
- We are setting a cutoff date for sign-ups so we can pre-make our brackets prior to the event
- Registration Ends: March 28th at 12:00 PM
- Location: Mann Center of North Carolina at 507 N Steele Street, Sanford

Can I bring my own bags and board?
All players must use the boards provided at the tournament. A team may bring and use their own bags, but not required.
Am I guaranteed an event day t-shirt and swag bag?
Due to time constraints for placing t-shirt orders, we can not guarantee an event day t-shirt and swag bag.
Is the registration fee refundable?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund once your team has been registered. However, we can substitute out players if someone on your team can no longer make it. Just notify our team of any changes prior to the event day.
How will prize money be dispersed to the winners?
Prize money will be paid in the form of cash per winning team.

vendor details
- Event is free to attend! The $50 is only for those who want to participate in the tournament.
- Outside Vendor Option is a 10x10 space (more than 1 space can be purchased per vendor if 10x10 is not enough)
- Inside Vendor Option is in the 1st Floor Hallway of the Mann Center so this is limited
- Map Layout: Pending - Day of the event your space will be marked with your Business Name
- Attendees will be given a Map Layout and Vendor Information.
- Setup: As early as 8:30 AM and must be ready by 10:00 AM
- Vehicles will be allowed in the parking lot to unload but must be moved before setting up. Parking lot will be closed at 9:30 AM
- Event Starts: Team check in will start at 10:00 AM but bags will fly at 11:00 AM
- Event Ends: TBD - you can breakdown at anytime but no cars will be allowed in the parking lot until the event ends
- Business Info and/or Logo: Will be included in PFCF's Monthly Newsletter until the May 2023 Edition and in parts of the marketing plan
- Team Bags will be given out - this gives vendors an opportunity to add business cards or other items to promote
- If vendor decides to include anything PFCF must have item(s) before event for prep. Item(s) must be dropped off at 507 N Steele Street 2nd Floor but depending on vendors location possible pick up of items can be arranged
- Any pending details will be shared prior to the event.
