Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• North Carolina Birth-Kindergarten (Birth-K) teaching license, or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Job Description:

Warren Williams Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate NC Pre-K Teacher to join our team.  The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social emotional, and developmental growth of preschool children.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining a safe, welcoming, structured, consistent, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschoolers

• Implementing Creative Curriculum with fidelity

• Assessing student progress consistently to support continued developmental growth

• Establishing and maintaining positive, professional communication with students' families

• Working independently while also collaborating effectively as a team member

• Ensuring the classroom meets all DCDEE and NC Pre-K rules, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
