The event will take place inside the Dennis A. Wicker Civic and Conference Center at 1801 Nash Street, Sanford

Vendors
-
We are seeking original work and will not approve applications for Scentsy, Pampered Chef, or other such MLM vendors
-
During the application process, vendors are reviewed to minimize duplicate items to ensure all vendors have a profitable day

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a first-come basis
-
For-profit and nonprofit service providers may purchase sponsorships to get vendor spaces
-
We encourage vendors to donate an item or basket for the raffle part of the event (this would count as a tax write-off)

Application

Applications will be open until TBD or until full

Applications will be reviewed based on the order in which they are received
-
No refunds for withdrawal of applications or no-shows
-
Vendor spaces are 8ft and 3ft between each vendor and if needed, additional spaces can be purchased

Vendors will be in the Exhibition Hall and the lobby
-
We will make an effort to accommodate requests; however, we cannot make any guarantees
-
Electricity is limited, so please include if you need electricity in the application and you must bring your own extension cords and adapters

Fees

Vendor Fee is $50
-
Non-Profit Vendor is $0 (very limited)

Nonprofits must submit their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt certificate to info@pfcf.org to receive the $0 fee within 1 week of notification of acceptance

Notification of acceptance and fee link will be sent to the email provided in the application

Fees must be paid in full within 1 week of notification of acceptance

Check-In, Set Up, Break Down

One 8ft table and two chairs will be provided

Vendor Check-In is TBD
-
Vendors are allowed to drive vehicles onto the breezeway to unload and then move their vehicles to the vendor parking area

Vendors must be open and ready for business by TBD
-
Any vendors arriving after TBD will be required to park and carry supplies from the parking area to their assigned booth space
-
Event staff will tell vendors when they can bring their vehicles back onto the breezeway
-
Early packing will not be allowed

Prior to the event, you will receive your space number, map of the event, parking instructions, and other important information
