Registration and Payment

• Advance online registration is required for all training sessions. Walk-in participation is not permitted.

• Registration and demographic information must be completed separately for each participant before the training is added to the online cart.

• All required sections under “Your Demographics” must be completed.

• Payment may be made online by credit or debit card through PayPal. Payments may also be made by cash or check.

• Registrations paid by cash or check are not confirmed until payment is received.

• Participants who have not completed the registration, demographic information, and payment requirements will not receive access to the training.

Cancellations and Credits

• Training fees are nonrefundable.

• Participants who cancel before the scheduled training begins may request a credit toward another training session.

• Credits will not be issued for cancellations received after the training has started or for participants who do not attend.

• Virtual Training Requirements

• The Zoom link will be included in the order confirmation after payment and registration requirements have been completed. A reminder email will also be sent before the training.

• A desktop or laptop computer is strongly recommended.

• Participants will not be admitted more than 10 minutes after the training begins.

• Upon entering the virtual session, participants must type their full name in the chat.

• Participants must remain visible, attentive, and actively engaged throughout the session.

• Please refrain from completing other tasks during the training.

• Recording any portion of a training session is prohibited.

• Participants are expected to treat the presenter and other attendees with kindness and respect.
