Request for Proposals

PFCF is announcing its Request for Proposals (RFP) for the fiscal year 2025-2026, soliciting grant applications that address identified needs for children from birth to five.

  • Public Awareness

• Health

  • Early Intervention

  • Screenings

Due to budget constraints, currently funded activities will be given priority, but new proposals are encouraged, as we always strive to find ways to better meet community needs.

Interested applicants (agency, organization, or qualified individual) may obtain the activity proposal template with instructions for completion and submission by request.
